Just a quick update into what is going on with Evan. We just hired a new lawyer and are excited about having someone who will do a good job! Evan is doing well and is so appreciative of all of the letters and support that he has received. Thank you everyone for the support you have given. Hopefully we will have some good come as we start the appeals process.

Best of luck, Evan. I hope the appeals process goes favorably. I can only imagine things will proceed better, now that you're out of Baghdad and stateside.
We're still pullin' for ya buddy.
I cannot believe this has happened. How can we send men into battle and then play PC with the foreign governments. I will pray for Evan and all of the other soldiers who did their duty. President Bush should never have let this happen to our soldiers. May God's love and peace be with Evan and his family. I will be writing my senators and congressman to ask for their help getting Evan released.
what is remarkable in these PC show trials is that nobody even considers the emotional stress and mental burden Evan carries from the order to shoot someone.
People are awarded big sums to sooth emotional pain for rediculous reasons but in Evan's case, the PC infested military doubles down and punish him even more.
